It's not fair that you will continue to get paid less just because you don't have the MLT certification next to your name on your resume. Companies are always inundated with resumes and looking for people with Health Services industry experience and ASCP Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Pay Scale expertise. There are a lot of fakers and then there are a lot of proven Health Services professionals. The proven professionals always seem to be the ones with the MLT certification, regardless of how many years of ASCP Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Pay Scale experience they actually have.
